You can access the middle brake light from the inside of your 2000 Dodge Neon cargo compartment. Remove the brake light wiring harness. Remove the brake light retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new brake light.
Should be at the firewall on driver's side in front of brake booster
Remove the tire and wheel. Remove the brake assembly spring. The brake shoes will come off. Reverse the process to install the new brake shoes.

To remove the front brake rotors from a 2000 Toyota Celica, first, safely lift and secure the vehicle, then remove the front wheels. Next, take off the caliper by unbolting it from the bracket and hang it securely to avoid stress on the brake line. Remove the caliper bracket by unscrewing the bolts, then slide the rotor off the hub. If the rotor is stuck, gently tap it with a rubber mallet to loosen it.
Remove brake caliper and caliper frame. Rotors are now free.

Lift the car on a jack, remove the tire, remove the brake shoe/caliper and remove the old brake pad. Put the new brake pad in, replace the brake shoe/caliper, put the tire back on and lower the car.
