i did it earlier today, first you have to pull down the center arm rest in the back seat there will be two black caps pop them off and underneath will be two screws take them out and keep them to the side, your bottom cushion will now come out, when popping this off be patient took me a little bit, its just hooked in. What you have to do is push in with a little force and push up, it will come. when you remove the bottom cushion there will be one nut towards each door take these off and then the back rest of the seat will come off. It lifts straight up and out.Its fastened in by three hooks at the top if you look you will be able to see them. You now have to take off the rear brake light in the back windshield, there is one cap on each side take them off and unhook the connecter. once you have this off just take unscrew the braket and pop up the carpet you can now unscrew your speakers out.
