take the axle bolts off and slide the axle out and ur gonna need a special socket to get the nut off the bearings it has four prongs if you get that take off outer bearing and the whole drum and hub will just pull off with a little effort to get at the rear brakes you need to pull the wheel off and slide the drum off, there is no need to take the hubs off, once inside the drum you will see a cable coming in this is the e brake cable. note relieving the brake pressure will make things a lot easier, but you must make sure the truck cannot move while it is up on jack stands. stay safe
i just recently did this and its not easy lol. you have to completely remove the spindle from the car and press the wheel bearing out along with the hub assembly.

To remove the rear wheel cylinder on a 1989 Ford F250, first, safely lift and secure the vehicle, then remove the rear wheel. Next, detach the brake line from the wheel cylinder using a wrench, and be prepared for brake fluid to leak out. Finally, clean the area, install the new wheel cylinder, and reassemble by reversing the steps.

The front wheel is removed by unscrewing the nut from the wheel bolt. The bolt can then be slid out. Take note of the spacer location and orientation between the fork and the side that had the nut (opposite side of brake assembly) for proper placement during installation. The wheel can then be removed from the forks. The brake assembly should just slide out of the wheel center, if it does not loosen the brake cable adjustment nut in the center of the wheel to release pressure from brakes. To remove the rear wheel you must first remove the exhaust pipe. There are two small bolts under the bike where the pipe connects to the engine. There is one more larger bolt directly below the air filter. once the exhaust is out of the way you remove the cotter pin from the castle nut on the right side of the bike, then remove the castle nut. The brake assembly on the rear wheel stays attached to the bike and the wheel slides off of it. Loosening of the brake cable adjustment nut may be required. Sometimes a few light whacks with your fist on the left side of the wheel may also be required if your brake pads have worn a groove in your wheel.
You must remove the wheel bearings, inspect them, repack them with grease, and install them back in the vehicle.
Basically on most models you disconnect the battery, remove the horn button assembly, steering wheel, and turn signal assembly to expose the ignition switch and retaining screw. Remove the switch and install your new one and put everything back together again. This takes a couple of tools like a steering wheel puller and a steering wheel spring compression tool. Another Model require you to drop the steering column fron the dash but you don't have to remove the steering wheel. A Chevy book from your local library would be a good way to start this job. See if it has ignition switch replacement section and if so check it out for a few days. It's about an hour job if you are prepared
