You have to remove the horn, steering wheel, retainer, turn signal switch, Ignition cylinder, and then upon removal of the upper steering column you will find the wiper switch attached to the upper steering column with a greased pin. The wiper switch also has to line up with the Hi Beam switch assembly upon re-installation.
Tools needed will be a Steering wheel puller, a 13/16 socket with extension(or deep well), a Retaining plate removal tool (looks like a pickle fork with a bolt in the middle of it), pliers to remove the retaining ring, Phillips head screw driver, and torx bits
