You guys are challenging. Could you please be a little more broad with your question? If the fan is not working, check the fuses first. If it still does not come on, the blower motor may be out. A very common situation. Depending on the vehicle, and year, this could be a twenty minute job, or, two day job. Especially if you have air conditioning. If it is not getting hot, then, again, depending on year, make, and model, here is a list of possible culprits: Could be the thermostat, causing the engine not to warm up, a heater control valve, when you go from hot to cold, or blue to red on your heater controls on your dash, that lever has a cable attached to the back of it. That cable opens a valve in the heater line, which allows the hot water to circulate through the heater core, which looks like a miniature radiator, and the fan blows behind it to blow off the heat, which heats the car. The last possibility would be a plugged, or blocked, heater core. These can all be very easy to change, or, very hard. If your vehicle is say, 84, or newer, and has air conditioning, it would probably be better to farm that job out. Air cond. has high pressure lines and can be very dangerous to work on it you do not have the proper tools, or training.
