ToyotaTom :
The wires physically bolt to the "legs" of the fuse underneath (inside the fuse box) where you can't see
ToyotaTom :
You will need to unbolt the fuse box from the side of the fender. Then you'll see that the box "clips" together and you can see the seam underneath where it comes apart.
ToyotaTom :
You'll need to split it at this seam, and you can access the 2 8mm bolts to remove the wires from the fuse, and then replace it accordingly
ToyotaTom :
I wouldn't say this is an overly difficult task, however it can prove to be quite tedious and is certainly not a quick 2 minute job
ToyotaTom :
But also shouldn't take more than an hour or so
ToyotaTom :
I would highly recommend buying the replacement before you proceed to start taking stuff apart, and you'll see exactly what I mean
Customer :
alow me to try and I'll be right back. how hard is to unscrew the bolts from the top of the box?,is it possible?
ToyotaTom :
You will have to do it from inside the fuse box
ToyotaTom :
They are a "bolt" you'll need either an 8mm wrench, or it should have a philips screwdriver slot in the middle. Don't even bother trying to use a screwdriver, they're much too tight for this to work
Customer :
thank you let me try for a little time and al get your payment ready.thank.
ToyotaTom :
Take your time. I'll be on and off throughout the evening. If you have any more questions feel free to ask, and I'll be happy to help you in any way that I can
ToyotaTom :
Good luck :)
Customer :
Thank you, work is done. I think taking apart de fuse box was more difficult because of the years that has been stock together than the is set up to come apart. I learn a lot today and I am very hapy with your service and your conection with just answer. I'll recomend this service to others.
ToyotaTom :
Great :) Like I said, it's not super difficult, but can be quite tedious and time consuming
ToyotaTom :
And yes, sometimes they stick together pretty good

The fuse box on a 1990 Toyota 4-Runner is located on the inside just in front of the door. Open the cover on the fuse box, and look at the fuse diagram to locate the AC fuse. Gently pull the fuse out, replace with same amperage fuse and make sure the AC works. Replace the fuse box cover.
To repair the clock on a 2001 Toyota 4Runner, first check the fuse associated with the clock; if it's blown, replace it. If the fuse is fine, remove the clock assembly by gently prying it out of the dashboard. Inspect the connections for any loose wires, and if necessary, replace the entire clock unit. Reinstall the assembly and test the clock to ensure it's functioning properly.

Use the fuse puller tool, usually included in the fuse box, to remove the blown fuse, indicated by a broken wire or discoloration. Replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage, ensuring it fits snugly. Finally, close the fuse box and check if the electrical component is functioning properly.
