If you have to ask, don't do it yourself. Have it replaced professionally.

Not knowing the application, most brake cylinders are a bolt in so, jack up and safely support rear of vehicle. Remove wheel, drum, brake shoes and hardware from backing plate. Do one side at a time so you will have the other side for reference. Disconnect brake line from wheel cylinder. Remove two small bolts from back side of backing plate that hold wheel cylinder in place. Remove wheel cylinder. Install in reverse order. Bleed brake system. To ease the bleeding procedure don't allow master cylinder reservoir to drain empty, keep it full during the brake cylinder replacement process.

The brake caliber is sticking if it has rear disc brakes. The rear wheel cylinder is sticking if it has rear drum brakes. Replace both rear units and then drain all the old brake fluid out of the system and replace it with fresh fluid. Bleed the brake system.

Why is brake fluid leaking from driver side rear wheel on a 91 Buick Century?

There's only two things it could be: the brake cylinder or the hose. It's probably the brake cylinder, and those are easy to replace: jack up the car and put it on a jackstand, remove the wheel, then the brake drum followed by the shoes. Remove and replace the brake cylinder, reassemble the brake, bleed the system (you should only have to bleed the passenger front and driver rear since they're completely separate from the driver front and passenger rear due to the "dual diagonal" brake system cars have) and put the wheel back on.

Where do the rear brake lines connect to the master brake cylinder?

The rear brake lines connect to the master brake cylinder at designated ports, typically located on the side or rear of the cylinder. In a typical brake system, there's often a specific port for the rear brakes, which allows hydraulic fluid to flow from the master cylinder to the rear brake components. The exact configuration can vary depending on the vehicle's make and model. Always refer to the vehicle's service manual for precise details and diagrams.
