How do you replace alternator on 4cyl 1998 4runner I have removed the bolt on the top the bolt on the bottom and the small one on the back now it swivals back and forth but won't come out What now?

The hole in the bracket that the long bolt passed thru may have a split sleeve in it. That split sleeve slides with some effort, it needs to be pushed back just a little.
