Very tough job. It is on the inside of the intake piping on the front passenger side of the engine. You will have to remove the hoses, throttle body, and the piping to gain access.

On the front passenger side of the engine, look down below the egr valve for a .5 inch by 1.5 inch black plastic sensor held on by two external torx screws.
It is a part of the throttle body. You have to replace the throttle body if faulty.
Dodge does not use a maf sensor.
