If I'm correct you're having trouble retracting the piston on the caliper. If I'm not then don't read anymore. You need to turn the piston clockwise while applying pressure against the piston. The easiest way is in a large vise with a socket against the piston while using channel locks to turn the piston. This is if you don't rent the special tool for this specific task.
