Put down top preferably
2 buttons under the seat, push them in and pull up on bottom part of seat one side at a time, i had to beat mine in.
Pull out bottom seat and set aside.
2 screws for top part of back seat, remove them down low then pull up and wiggle to remove top seat, set aside.
Pull up sill plate on door and set aside.
Pull all the pressure fit "grommets" from trim including one where top goes down, 2 where upper seat was, one where lower seat was, and 2 little ones where door shuts. pull up and set aside, I left seat belt in.
Remove screws for speaker case and pull speaker case and set aside. I think 3 screws.
Pry out the plate that is adhesived to side of car, black plate protects motor.
Now disconnect wiring harness for motor and unscrew motor. Put new one in screw it tight and test it out.
Put everything back the way it was. Have fun.
