You have to remove the tail light first, and to do this you have to take the 3 screws on the tail light, open the trunk, remove the 3 screw and pull the light toward the outside (slide it to the side, if you are taking the left taillight out slide the tail light toward the left, if you are doing the right side slide it toward the right side).
Change the bulbs, and install on the reverse.
the headlight assembly needs to come out in order to replace the bulb.
Remove the dome light lens, pull the old bulb out, and replace with new bulb; replace the lens.

Open the trunk and take out the two Phillips screws. The light assembly slides inward and will then come off. Pop the old light out and replace it.
To change the third brake light bulb in a 2001 Kia Sephia, first, open the trunk and locate the plastic cover where the third brake light is situated.
