You can't repair a belt, you need to replace it. Loosen the power steering pump first and remove that belt. Then you can loosen the AC belt at the Idler pulley.

the alternator belt is the one all the way in the back. You have to loosen the power steering pump, A/C idler pulley, and then loosen the alternator.
