OK, now my Stratus is a 2000 so................... with any luck it's still in the drivers side wheel well. If it is, you have to look real close as to how you release the screw thingys (real technical like, huh?) and that is where it should be. Oh, you may need to take off the wheel too for easier access!! Good LUck!!!!!
