This is a difficult job. The front spindle assemblies must be removed. Then the assembly is pressed apart and the rotars are unbolted from the back. I tried this without proper tools and bought new bearings in the end. If you are mechanically inclined its probably better to remove the assemblies and take to dealer.
To change the front brake rotors on a 1994 Mercury Capri, first, lift the vehicle and remove the front wheels. Next, remove the caliper by unbolting it and hanging it securely to avoid stress on the brake line. Take off the caliper bracket and remove the old rotors; if they’re stuck, you may need to tap them lightly. Finally, install the new rotors, reattach the caliper and bracket, and then put the wheels back on before lowering the vehicle.
