How do you replace the headlight bulb located on a 1990 Buick LeSabre?

The bulbs come out of the rear. If you can't get to the back of the lights ytou have to remove them.

there are about 8 plastic wing nuts on each side behind the trunk carpet remove them and the whole assy will come out the rear
