Remove all the oil of the sump through drain plug. Open all the mounting bolts of oil sump. If required, tap the oil sump so that it comes out. Check on which surface (Block or Sump) the gasket is pasted. Remove the gasket from the block/sump. Clean both the surfaces.
Put the gasket on the sump and hold the same with the help of 2 bolts located in crossed direction. Screw in the bolts slowly and after inserting 3-4 threads, you can tighten the bolts with spanner/ratchet. Mount all remaining bolts and tight the same in cross directions.
At last torque the bolts to the specified torque value that too in cross directions. Recheck the same at last.
