How do you replace the rubber strip on the roof of a 2000 Honda civic it runs from the front windshield to the rear windshield there is one on each side of the roof?

There are just held on by clipe use a panal tool, or even a flat head screw driver ( becareful not to damage the paint) and just pop up. When you want to put it back on, just line it up and give it a bang with your fist.
