I believe it is a 15mm nut and bolt. You need to undo both stabilizer links and pull the bolt out of the stabilizer link shaft. Sometimes these parts will rust together or corrode and can be tough to pull apart but they will come apart. Then you just replace the old with the new. total job time for both sides... 20 - 40 mins. hope this helps.

Check with a Ford dealer - there was a recall on the front sway bar links because under certain conditions they could fracture - so they were replacing the left and right front sway bar links under the recall. (Helpfull)

The fusible links on a 1995 Explorer are located on the side of the alternator. Follow the red power wire from the battery to the fuse links.
The rear are easy enough and the front drop links but for the front anti roll bar bushes you need to drop the front subframe, quite a big job.

Check the ball joints. If they are dry grease them. If the ball joints are good try looking at the stabilizer bushings and the links. Greasing these will fix the horrible squeaking coming from the front end.
I'M NOT A MECHANIC but check the front sway bar links to see if they are broken - years ago my 1995 Explorer was recalled for free replacement of defective sway bar links. Also, do you still have the original shock absorbers , or are they leaking or damaged ?
Buy the links and either use a saws all or torch to cut the old ones off. Then bolt on the new ones.
