I Figured it out. The dome light lens is hinged on the passenger side so you just pry the driver's side of the lens out and down to replace the bulb. The lens does not come completely like on other models.

If you're talking about the headlight, the "lens cover" is not a separate part, you need to replace the whole headlight assembly.
