This is very easy. Shut the engine off. If the light comes back on the next time you start the engine, it is because the computer has detected an ABS problem again! If so, you might want to check and see if something is broken. If it comes on before the truck moves at all, expect to find a broken ABS wire, low brake fluid level, blown fuse, or non-functioning alternator.
To improve the answer a slight, is to disconnect the battery and let it sit off for say 30 seconds then reconnect and turn on the truck. it should not be on and it will pop on again if there's still detecting a problem. Also what could cause your ABS Light to pop on is if the sensors are covered will dirt, dust from drying around and are easy to have cleaned off. I would check your fluids, fuses, and have a someone look at more better if your not able to figure it out. If you or someone owns a code reader, find out the code and look it up to see what the unlined problem is and have it fix
Get your Anti-Lock Braking system diagnosed and repaired by a qualified professional. Then the light will turn itself off.

To turn off the headlights in a Ford Explorer, locate the headlight switch on the left side of the steering wheel. Turn the switch to the "Off" position. If your vehicle has an automatic headlight feature, ensure that the vehicle is in the "Off" position or the engine is turned off, as the headlights may turn off automatically after a short period. If needed, you can also adjust the settings in the vehicle’s menu for more control.
