Thats your traction control. middle console youll see a black button that says ASR off on it. When you press that the triangle exclamation point comes on, meaning your traction control is off.
u have to take it out then see if its blown out or if it isn't if it is and your car is a 1999 you have to buy a 2002.... so it wont get blown

If there is a problem with your ABS system your ASR system is inoperable also. Could be something as simple as a wheel bearing tripping up the ABS. Or it could be a problem with the ASR controller.
