Remove the dash panel below the sterring wheel (pop out fasteners). Drop the steering colum mount closest to the wheel and the retaining bolt half way down the column then lower the column. Unscrew the four bolts holding the dash in and gently pull the cluster away from the dash. The flexible circuit board will need to be re bent out to ensure proper contact upon reinstallation.
