Previa spark plugs are located under the passenger seat. you need to remove the front passenger seat (4) bolts. Remove the jack and holder. remove seat bracket then Roll back the carpet exposing engine cover. Remove the all the bolts 10-12 bolts. Lift off the cover exposing the engine. You will seat a black cover with (3) bolts holding it on, remove cover exposing. The spark plug wires, pull each wire from the plugs. The plugs are deep inside the valve cover. Remove all (4) plugs, look at each plug they should all look the same. If they look different there maybe another problem. Reverse these procedures to reassemble.
