The main oil leakage potential is from the moving parts which run external from the engine, most of these parts are sealed using a variety of materials, rubber, plastic type materials, & cork. Non moving parts are also sealed such as rocker shaft & camshaft covers using similar materials. But one of the main reasons oil is not forced out of the engine is to have a system which allows the engine crankcase to breath and release any internal pressure build up.
The sump is a tank (reservoir) at the bottom of the engine which contains lubricating oil. When the engine is switched off, the warm lubricating oil at the top of the engine, seeps back into the sump by gravity, ready for future lubricating use when the engine is running again.
There are many things that can cause: to leak from an automobile engine. The most common reason is a water hose that needs to be tightened or replaced.
is coolant leaking from engine?or is it leaking from water pump and running down engine and appears to leak from engine
Automobile engines are ic (internal combustion).

It depends on why it is leaking.
A leaking fuel injector itself does not directly cause oil pressure to drop. However, if the fuel injector is leaking significantly, it can lead to fuel dilution in the engine oil, which may reduce the oil's lubricating properties and potentially impact oil pressure. Additionally, if the engine is running poorly due to the injector issue, it could affect the overall engine performance and oil circulation, possibly leading to oil pressure problems. Regular maintenance and prompt repairs are essential to prevent such issues.
There is no practical way to do so unless every automobile and other vehicle in the world could be equipped with technology to test the breath of every driver every time the engine was started. Even then someone would drink after they started the engine.

In 1769, the steam engine was the first automobile engine capable of human transport. In 1807, the first gas powered engine was an internal combustion engine.
