Most states require you to turn on your headlights a half an hour (30 minutes) BEFORE sunset.
(That is based on my experience, driving mostly in the Northeast.)
Where I live it is 30 minutes before sunset and 30 minutes before sunrise that you are supposed to have your headlights turned on.
For headlights that need to illuminate a long distance, the bulb should be placed deeper within the headlight housing to allow the beam of light to project further out ahead of the vehicle. This positioning helps to focus the light and extend its range, improving visibility for the driver on the road.

early in the morning and at dawn or sunset
From before sunrise to long after sunset.
Leaving your PC turned off for a long time should be perfectly safe, and cause no harm to the computer.
you probably have a bad spot in the convenience center. this is the secondary fuse panel on the inside of the firewall. i temporarily fixed mine by hooking the tail lights up to a toggle switch. this will work as long as you have brake and turn etc when you turn the headlights on.
There should be no reason the toilet would overflow. The water being turned off should have no effect on it. As long as the drain is clear even if the shut off valve in the tank didn't work, the water will just go down the drain.
No, as long as the halos are "white" you should be fine. Blue lights are usually for cops and red are for ambulances or fire trucks.
There should be 2 plastic or metal pieces behind the headlights if you pull up on the lip of them they should release the headlights, then change your bulbs and set them back in the front of the car and replace the holders. They are long and thin and have holes with open space above the hole to hold them in place.
Shabbat is from sunset on Friday to sunset on Saturday, every week.
Long shadows are cast at sunset when the sun is at its lowest. The times of sunset (and sunrise) are readily available and may often be found in diaries.
