It depends where you go. Walmart charges under $20 but the brand of oil they use is cheap and could possible do more harm to your vehicle then good. Jiffy Lube, Mr. Lube and The Great Canadian Oil Change charge between $40-50 for a basic oil change, but be prepared to fight them off with a stick when they try to upsell you more products and services (ie. filters, fluids, etc).
I just went to Jiffy and it cost $59.85 for a 2.3 liter engine. On previous oil changes at Mr Lube, I paid $74 and at Lube City it was $84. I have found Jiffy (formally Lube-x) to be the fastest drive-thru oil change and you pay less.
