It comes in a one quart container and you put a pint in for a 275 gallon tank just before a delivery. The technician said you would be better off adding one gallon of kerosene prior to the delivery. The kerosene burns hotter and is a higher grade of fuel than home heating oil. He said it would probably do a better job than the sludge treatment product and costs less.
