For a 1987 Suzuki Quadracer 250 rear shock, you'll typically want to use around 6 to 8 ounces of shock oil. It's important to use the appropriate type of shock oil, usually a medium to heavy-weight oil, depending on your riding style and preferences. Always refer to the service manual for specific specifications and guidelines for your model. Additionally, consider setting the oil level based on your weight and riding conditions for optimal performance.
You can add transmission fluid, to your 1987 BMW through the transmission dipstick tube. Using a funnel will make adding the fluid much easier.

Yes too much shock can damage your skin or hair or worse. I wouldn't reccommend it.
1/2 a bag OS shock
It depends on the percentage . I have never seen liquid shock in strength of granular .

If your using Syn 3 oil nothing. The big difference between standard motor oil and primary/trans fluid is the lack of sulfur in the motor oil and the viscosity, the sulfur helps adsorb shock and is much better for the trans. A far as the primary goes the thinner oil is much better for your clutch, ATF is also a good primary fluid, many companies like Barnette recommend it.
