In Indiana it would cost about three hundred and some change if I did it my self. I would go get either a new hood (not from dealership) or a used hood. I would then paint it. That would be about 2 hundred or so. Then the light would be about 100. Give or take some. To have someone do it around here about 500 hundred or so maybe. It all depends on the damage and what all needs to be done to fix it. Of course it depends also on how good you want it fixed. Hope this gives you an idea.Brad.
no because an accord headlight is much more longer than a civic headlight
The 2002 Honda accord headlight changing diagram can be obtained from most Honda dealerships. The diagram can also be obtained from the auto-parts store where you bought the new headlight.

The headlight relay switch on a 1987 Honda Accord looks like a small box. The switch is located underneath the engine compartment fuse box.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of the headlight. Remove the headlight assembly bolts. The headlight assembly will come out.
I am sorry to say that there is no answer to this question. Just do a general search on 2007-08 -09 Honda accord headlight problems and you will see that Honda is ignoring the problem but there has been a couple of buyback orders if you look on the Honda-tech forums under headlight problems. sorry
