As soon as it stops cutting nicely and the going gets rough when shaving. I change mine at least once a week, sometimes more often. Every four to five days is my guess, but this also depends on how much beard or stubble there is to shave away every day, and this is very different from one man to another. Older men grow beard more quickly than younger men, and a 20 year old needs less shaving than a 35 year old.
