I have a 2001 300m. You have to remove the front passenger wheel. There should be a compartment with a few screws. REMOVE these screws and and screws securing battery(do this when u pop the hood) u might need an extension neck for a socket wrench to reach screws. Then just slide the battery out and replace. Reverse procedure to install. About 15 minutes changing time.
The battery on a 300M is in front of the passenger side tire, inside the fender.

To change the battery of the analog clock in a 2000 Chrysler 300M, first, carefully remove the clock from the dashboard by using a flathead screwdriver to pry it out gently. Once removed, locate the battery compartment on the back of the clock, usually secured with a small screw or clip. Replace the old battery with a new one, ensuring the correct orientation of the positive and negative terminals. Finally, reinsert the clock into the dashboard and ensure it is securely in place.
Access the battery on the '99 300M through the passenger side front wheel well. Turn the steering wheel all the way to the right, remove the cover, remove the air filter and then you can access the battery.
The battery light stays on when the alternator is over or under charging.
top post battery with at least 600 cold cranking amps, Group 34 size
It is inside the passenger side fender, in front of the tire.
You need to multiply 300m by 100cm since there are 100cm in a meter. You should be able to solve that mentally.
No, they should still work.
