You might just have to replace the flasher. Check the fuses and the bulb's contacts too. How that tan-colored garbage gets in there, I'll never know.
Fix them then.
there are 2 flasher cans in vehicle.one operates hazards and the other operates the blinkers. change the one that operates the blinkers and your blinkers will work
They dont work. The bulbs are the most problems. Fix it!
Make sure the bulbs are good.
Replace the turn signal flasher relay.
Turn the hazards on and check for a burnt-out bulb.
Check the blinker fluid.

If you check the fuse circuit box, there is a fuse for your blinkers. Just change to the amp that is required which is probably a 20. Should work good as new again
For safety reasons, you should fix the problem so that you blinkers work correctly. This is a fairly common problem and the cost to repair will likely be minimal. For inspection purposes, however, your blinkers only need to work correctly during the inspection.
the hazard switch has two sets of contacts. when hazards turned on, blinkers cannot work, even if hazards dont work.for blinkers to work, hazard sw must be in off position-this reconnects blinker circuits to work normally. BUT-the contacts in the hazard sw get dirty and wont reconnect the blinkers to work
First you have to check your flasher, this is located where the fuse box is, this could be one of your problems.
