The electrical connecter is suppose to come off, however given the force I would have needed to use, I chose to leave it connected; I still had enough wire to maneuver.
Once the nuts are removed, the whole brake light encasement will pull straight out, giving access to the bulbs. Turn each counter-clockwise to access.
As a side note - I found access to my trunk lock mechanism in here as well; something that had broken some time ago but wasn't enough of a problem to have fixed.
***To remove the electrical connecter take a flathead screwdriver and push down the latch under the electrical connecter.

Depends on which light you wish to replace, If its in the gauge cluster all you have to do is remove the 4 screws holding the cluster in there will be two at the top and two on the bottom then you will have to pull very hard to release it from the snap locks then just unscrew the bulb you wish to change and your done.
I think halo has 2 separate bulbs for low and high beams. While Bi-xenon has both beams in one bulb. OEM headlights work with Bi-xenon bulbs.

Open the turn there is a little hatch take it off twist the light out and pull the bulb put the new one in simple.
Inside the trunk behind where the brake lights are are a plastic cover. Remove that and you will see one bolt. Reach in to the far side of the light and you will find the second bolt. Remove those and the brake lights can be pulled out. Now just twist the bulb holders and there are your brake light bulbs.
DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE
