this covers both 8v and 16valve motors, you didnt say.
the step just after removing the belt.
you stop
and
1: lock the cam . depends on valve count, 8v has hole on top you place a harned rod turn. like a center punch or the like.
for the 16v one needs a pro. cam locker.
2: mark the cam cog , point at center that has the key way, with paint.
3: remove bolt from front of cog
4: remove cog
5: remove seal with seal puller. press in new say , put tape on shaft to protect seal during installation, then remove tape once seal is in place.
6: reverse this and use my torque page to put all back, nice and neat.

To install headlights in a 1995 Suzuki Sidekick, first, open the hood and locate the headlight assembly. Remove the screws or clips securing the assembly, then gently pull it out. Disconnect the electrical connector and replace the old bulb with a new one, ensuring it is securely in place. Finally, reconnect the electrical connector, reinstall the headlight assembly, and secure it with the screws or clips.
