OMG, Don't do it! Okay, do it, but be super careful about both a) the fact that it's going to spit fuel all over your driveway, and b) the bolt you have have to get off is a supremely rare 12mm banjo fitting. I broke mine and to wait like 3 months before anyone came up with a suitable replacement. It's a fairly simple process though. Jack up left rear wheel (driver side). Remove wheel, and put a jackstand on the support point. Seriously, you'll be getting under the car, so don't trust that stupid little jaguar jack. Remove the banjo bolt w/ a 17mm wrench, then unscrew the filter from the y adapter on it's rear. (it helps if you unscrew the filter holder from underneath the car [after you rmove the banjo bolt, but before you remove the y adapter]) good luck and be extra careful with that fitting.
take it to a garage
