The rated coolant capacity of the whole system is 7 litres, but it might not be completely empty. The expansion tank is just the tip of the iceberg.
Remove both top and bottom hose. Most of the coolant should escape by opening these hoses. However there should be a plug that can be removed that also helps empty the liquids

Heat expansion.
Try to leave an empty slot between expansion cards to help with air flow.
You need to have your coolant tank with the proper amount of antifreeze and water filled to spec. at all times ,hope you haven't over heated the motor
There Should Be an overflow, It shows You where to fill it to, and also shows when its too full. With the system completely empty, radiator, heater, engine block and hoses, it should hold 16 to 18 qts of coolant.
they are both filled with empty space.
What I use on my engine coolant reservoir is a cheap plastic turkey baster from Wallmart ( it didn't take as long as I thought ) You should be able to empty the windshield washer fluid reservoir the same way
Just leave it empty. It won't hurt anything.
Could be a bad water pump or a leak in the line
Coolant and water expand as they heat. That is why there is usually an expansion tank on newer cars and trucks. That's where you top off your coolant leval (add coolant). If you are getting coolant out the overflow tube it's either too full or your thermostat may not be working properly. I have a ford van with an E-250 5.8 liter engine and if I add any coolant to the expansion tank it flows out the over flow tube on the radiator if there is no air space in the top of the radiator once the engine has reached operating temp. My solution which was given to me by a ford mechanic was to put no fluid in the expansion tank and to make sure there was 3/4 to 1 inch empty in the top of the radiator, also only top up the radiator from the radiator cap. to within 1 inch of the top. It has worked fine ever since, any time I add too much it automatically discharges it out the overflow tube.
When your engine is cold add coolant to the coolant reservoir so it is up to the cold mark
