There is no timing belt on either the 3.8 or the 4.6 litre. They both use timing chains.
The 4.6 litre uses (2) timing chains and is very challenging to install. You need a manual to do this correctly. The 3.8 use's a single chain. It will take about (4) hours to replace the timing chain and again you need a manual to reference this procedure and other specifications.
