The rocker arm specs for a 3.1 sfi is 18 foot pounds of torque for the rocker arm nut. The nut should be set with a torque wrench as this setting needs to be accurate.

It can be done, but you're looking at replacing more than just the engine itself. You'll need a lot of time and money if you are doing this yourself.

No, the perfect fuel/air ratio is 14.6 to 1. A ratio of 13 to 1 is a safe ratio for most non turbo gas engines. Turbo engines can run a 12 to 1 ratio. Chrysler's lean burn system of the 70's and 80's used a ratio of around 18 to 1 and it was horrible. No gasoline engine can run at 30 to 1.

Should be an EJ-20 or EJ-18 (2.0l or 1.8l). You can confirm this by checking the manufacture tag on the firewall. Some were also released with the EJ-20 T (which is just the turbo model)
