Its tricky, esp if you have a 5.4 liter engine which has separate ignition coils, and no plug wires. Also adding to the difficulty is if you have a rear AC/heater system which puts a whole buncha lines right over where you are trying to work on the passenger's side. If you have never done it before, plan on it taking you about 2 or 3 hours. Also, make sure you regap the new plugs to .052-.055 gap. The ones out of the box are never right. They are always gapped to .042-.045, a gap spec Ford hasen't used for about 15 years.
