If you got he second hand ECU from the exact same vehicle as yours, yes. If not the ECU will need to be "flashed" to work properly in your vehicle. "flashing" can be done at your local dealership for aprox 1 hour labor charge. It also depends on the vehicle and what year it is. Need more info.
