Is there a fuse for the cluster on a 2004 dodge grand caravan All the lights went out and I cant find out if it is a fuse or a relay of some kind help?

I'm not 100% certain, but if there is a fuse it should be in the black fuse box, under the hood, next to the battery. Just pop off the cover, the fuse locations should be listed inside the cover and that one would probably read 'PANEL' or 'PNL' illumination, or something like that (you might have to do a little shorthand translation).
Some models, again I'm not 100% sure about 2004, also have a small fuse box located on the driver's side end of the dashboard that might hold that fuse as well. It's only visible and accessible with the driver's door opened.
