the radiator fan fuse for a 98 cavalier(30 amp) is on the top of the fender well, under the hood, driver's side there should be a fan relay and protection circuit of some kind, read up everyone should have a manual for their vehicle, and a professional shop manual should be available at the library in the reference section--you can make copies of the necessary information...good luck :)
Yes there is a fuse for the cooling fan and a cooling fan relay also a but you they are located on different places depends on your vehicle make and model
Check that there is power to the radiator fan(s) if so change the radiator fan motor, if not then check the fuse to the fan. If the fuse is good then go to the fan relay. It is going to be fan related since it happens right away after starting the truck or else there is a blown head gasket.
Look in the fuse box under the hood - against the firewall on the passenger side. It's one of the relays there
On my 95 Celica GT Liftback its the interior fuse panel. Located by the lower righthand side of the dash. The second fuse over on the very bottom row 15 amp (blue fuse). Its labled "CIG&RAD" so im asumeing it also runs the radiator fan.

It is mounted in the radiator, and is a thermostatic switch. It is located in the top left side near the fan itself. It is the only wired device in the radiator, so if you can see the wire, you got the switch.
The cobalt blower fan fuse in a Chevrolet Cobalt is typically located in the car's fuse box, which is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. The specific location of the fuse can vary depending on the year and model of the Cobalt, so it's best to consult the owner's manual or a fuse box diagram for the exact location.
It is located right behind the fan. As a matter of fact the fan is connected to the waterpump. Take off fan shroud, belts, fan blade, clutch fan which is the little round aluminum thing with all the fins on it then you should be staring right at it. It is smaller than you would think. Make sure you cover the radiator with card board so you dont damage fins on radiator.
You don't say what vehicle or what type of fan so: Viscous Fan, fluid leaked out of coupling. Electric Fan, Fan motor burned out or brushes worn out. Fan relay failure, Fan Fuse failure, Temperature switch, in the radiator? failure (very common). With the ignition on short out the switch connector socket and see if the fan starts. If it does it's a switch fault. If not, start with the fuse then check the fan relay before condemning the fan.
The radiator fan has to be of the highest quality, so make sure to get them from the best auto parts Abu Dhabi.
the radiator fan relay?is this a 1500 ram.if so the relay is an internal part of the pdc and the fcm which is the computer module that controls most electrical items in the truck.check fuse 39? in the pdc if its blown replace it and get the updated fan asembly and pcm update from your local dealer.
The fan directs air flow through the radiator so heat energy can transfer from the coolant in the radiator into the atmosphere.
