Bushings are essential components used to reduce friction and wear between moving parts, enhance alignment, and provide support in mechanical systems. They help absorb shock and vibration, leading to improved performance and longevity of machinery. Additionally, bushings can aid in noise reduction and can be made from various materials to suit specific applications. Overall, they play a crucial role in the efficiency and reliability of equipment.
