ecu fault!
Diesel cars are great if you want to spent less on gas. The best diesel cars of 2013 are going to be the Porsche Cayenne Diesel, Volkswagen Beetle Convertible and Volkswagen Beetle.
The 2.5 beetle takes normal gasoline and the turbo takes diesel.
I get on average 45mpg using biodiesel in my 2000 vw beetle TDI. I am not sure about regular diesel, but I would guess it would be the same.
There is none.
Cutoff ratio is not the ratio of the volume of the cylinder at the end of combustion to the start of the combustion process in a diesel engine. actually cutoff ratio means point at which fuel injected for a period and fuel delivery is stopped at required instant -is called cutoff ratio.............
If the diesel fuel "gels" then yes the filter will need replaced.
Cost to change timing belt o 2006 beetle diesel
It's normal for the water pumps on cars to last the life of the vehicle. Usually you only need to replace them when they give you problems.
No it cannot unless alternator is not charging the only power a diesel requires is for fuel cutoff solenoid
5w-30 or 5w-40 is what is recommended by VW for use in your Beetle. If it's the 1.9L Diesel, use 5w-40 Diesel oil. Regular oil doesn't have the added detergents etc that this diesel brand does.
90ish from factory if its a diesel. If its a gas it will be around 130hp
It is a gas, my girlfriend just bought one :) I have a 1998 vw beetle with a 1.9 tdi engine. tdi means turbo direct inject. it is a diesel engine and it gets 48 to 50 mpg! I love it!
