Fuses are designed to "blow" when current [Amps] above their design rating flows through them and the circuit which they are intended to protect. The "reason" your fuse is blowing is that something is wrong, or has been changed due to someone tampering with the electrical system. The blowing of the fuse is protecting its circuit, the wiring harness in which it runs, and possibly your entire expensive vehicle from serious overheating of the circuit, which if allowed to continue could result in very expensive damage, or total destruction of your vehicle by fire. The most common cause of such overcurrent flow is a short circuit within that circuit in which the fuse blows. Another cause is that someone added some current using device to the circuit that uses more current [Amps] than the conductors [wires] and fuse were designed to carry. Another possibility is that someone who didn't know what he/she was doing miswired the system. Get someone who knows what they are doing [preferably a certified auto electronics technician] to troubleshoot the electrical system, and properly correct any defects found.
