People all seem to have their own method to this madness, but remove tire and brake assembly may have to tap on the rotor, or depending on the model it may not be removed at this point, remove wheel bearing nut cap, remove nut, remove think its eight 12mm bolts hub assembly should be loose now, remove ball joints from upper and lower control arms, remove tie rod, hub rotor and all should come off like butter, unbolt cv axle from front differential, dont worry diff is sealed no leaky leaky. It is common just to call it a cv joint job which I dont know if you only intend to replace the one bad cv joint ( inner or outer), but i advise you to do the entire axle it isn't that big of a price difference and if your in that deep mine as well do both. Yes, the Toyota T100 4x4 can be towed, but it is important to follow proper towing guidelines to avoid damage. When towing a T100, it is recommended to use a flatbed trailer to prevent wear on the drivetrain. If flat towing is necessary, consult the owner's manual for specific instructions and ensure the vehicle is in neutral with the transfer case disengaged. Always check local towing regulations and weight limits when towing any vehicle.
The 1993 Toyota T100 4x4 came with automatic hubs as standard equipment. However, it was also available with an option for manual locking hubs, which allowed for more control over the 4WD system. The automatic hubs engaged when the vehicle was put into 4WD, while the manual locking hubs required the driver to engage them manually.
The payload capacity for a 1995 Toyota T100 4x4 typically ranges from about 1,200 to 1,400 pounds, depending on the specific configuration and options of the truck. It's important to check the owner's manual or the manufacturer's specifications for the exact capacity, as factors like the engine type and bed length can influence this figure.
To install a Toyota T100 axle shaft on a 4x4, first, ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and safely supported. Remove the wheel and brake components to access the axle assembly. Align the new axle shaft with the differential and slide it into place, ensuring it engages properly with the splines. Finally, reassemble the brake components and wheel, and check for proper fit and function before testing the vehicle.

To remove the starter on a 1996 Toyota T100 4x4 pickup, first disconnect the negative battery cable to ensure safety. Then, locate the starter under the vehicle, typically near the transmission. Remove the bolts securing the starter to the engine, and disconnect the electrical connections, including the main power cable and the solenoid wire. Once all connections are free and the bolts are removed, the starter can be taken out from its mounting position.
