Only know for a hatch back as i had to do it today. All that is required is Phillips head screw driver. Lift up the tailgate, remove 2 screws holding the entire light casing, now inside behind the lights is a compartment box, remove the 2 plugs and screws they hide. Pull of the lower section now carefully unscrew the 2 internal plastic screws trying not to damage the head of these pulling the plugs out as well. Remove this part of the compartment to expose 2 nuts that are holding the rest of the lamp in place. Once these are off access to the globes is very easy. Painstaking job and i would recommend change all your globes whilst you have it out. In whole could take up to an hour. Good luck
