Have vehicle scanned to determine the problem
The vehicle is due a service soon
That requires an OBDII engine scanner.
The service engine soon light flashes when the computer senses a fault and sets a diagnostic code. Most auto parts stores will read this code for free and tell you what may be causing the problem.
engine code reader go to autozone its free tgere
You will have to have a obdII engine scanner to do that. some parts stores will do it for free.
You may need to go to a performance shop for a new chip or who knows what. That's the problem with too radical of a modification. Most engine shops will tell you to not go radical on an engine rebuild if it is to be connected back to the same computer and sensors.
Yes it will but you will have to change the computer and the wiring harness to make the engine run. You will also have to change the fuel pump that is inside of the gas tank. Alot of work to make that year engine work in the 93 truck.
yes
The timing on that year engine is computer controlled. It requires an engine scanner to set the timing. YOU CAN NOT USE A TIMING LIGHT.
