Tighten the belts
Most common culprit is a slipping belt.
A squealing noise is much more likely to be related to the serpentine belt. Change the belt its worn / loose and it's slipping.See "Related Questions" below for more
The squealing a scraping is most likely the idle pulley. i would replace that and the belt then see what happens

squeeling usually means you need a new serpintime belt or one of the belt pulleys has a bad bearing check the belt tensioner first you will need to remove belt from this pulley to check it

did you check the water pump, alternator and anything else that might have a pulley?

Need to remove the belt from all the pulleys on the front of the engine. Then spin all the pulleys by hand 1 at a time, They should be smooth and easy to spend and quite. If not then replace the one that's not.
